Monday, August 9, 2010 Irish American Hockey Association Hosts Youth Players from Ireland!
The Irish American Hockey Association recently concluded a week long Training Camp for 20+ Youth Hockey Players from Ireland in Boston.
During their week long visit, the kids from Ireland were instructed on ice daily by a professional hockey staff as well as playing scrimmages each day with youth hockey teams from all over the New England area.

South Boston's own and former NHL great Brian Noonan took home this years Irish Hockey Crown in the "Cunniff" Divsion beating Glacial Energy in a classic 7 round shootout after a 5 minute overtime period by a 4-3 score.
